Processing Times

All orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): Flat rate of $9:95.
Express Shipping (Australia-wide): Flat rate of $15.
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas; regional may take longer).

Order Tracking

All parcels include tracking. A link will be emailed to you once your order is on its way, so you can follow your delivery.
